The Mitgang Audio is a solo electronic music project by Ray Sweeten of Brooklyn, New York City.  His full-length album The View from Your New Home was released in November 2003 by Suction Records (suction019).  Under his alias Mitgang Bevilacqua, Sweeten was one half of the now-defunct synthpop duo The Plantains (along with lyricist and vocalist Nick Hallett, aka Nicklcat).  Sweeten has also contributed music to the Sesame Street program.
